Matt Woodward

Matt Woodward is a Principal IT Specialist for the Office of the Sergeant at Arms at the United States Senate in Washington, D.C. He has a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Nebraska, a Master of Music degree from Wichita State University, and a Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.
Matt has been working with ColdFusion since 1996 and is the Release Coordinator for the Mach-II framework.
Peter J. Farrell

Hailing from the frigid tundra of Minnesota, Peter J. Farrell has a Bachelor of Music degree from the Peabody Institute at the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. While studying music, Peter took his life-long interest with computers to a new level and started learning about web development technologies. He has been working with ColdFusion since 2001 and is the lead developer of the Mach-II framework since the 1.1.0 release.
Peter is the Chief Information Officer for GreatBizTools, a human resources consulting firm. He and his wife, Allyson, live together in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

Kurt Wiersma
Resident Geek

Kurt Wiersma is an Advanced Certified ColdFusion developer and has been working with ColdFusion since version 4.5. By day Kurt works for the American Academy of Neurology and by night he consults on web applications for small to medium size businesses. In his spare tech time, he is a member of the ColdSpring, Mach-II, and CFHibernate open source projects. He recently started a open source project called Appbooster, which aims to show best practices for using several different frameworks with ColdFusion.

Kyle Hayes
Designer / Corporate Evangelist
Kyle Hayes works as a RIA Architect for The Boeing Company in Huntington Beach, Southern California. He has been programming ColdFusion since 1999 and is certified in ColdFusion MX 7. Kyle also ran and operated his own web consulting and design firm for five years from his last year in high school to his final quarter in college. He now has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Computer Information Systems from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
Kyle enjoys innovating new ideas and technologies as well as working towards bringing a better Internet to our world today.

Ben Edwards
Mach-II Creator
Ben Edwards is a software developer, entrepreneur, consultant, author, and trainer. He's an original co-founder of the Mach-II project and responsible for Mach-II's foundational architecture and source code. Ben holds a degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) with specialties in Software Engineering and Educational Technology.
Ben currently leads software development of Redbird Software, a company he founded in 2006. Redbird Software creates SCORM Development Tools, including Trident, the SCORM IDE, and Redbird DevNet, the SCORM Developer Network.
Hal Helms
Mach-II Creator
Hal Helms is well known as a trainer and writer on software architecture and methodology. Hal has worked as lead architect and chief developer for a number of large applications for companies including RoomsToGo, Sun Microsystems, and UPS. Hal has authored and contributed to several books and co-created Mach-II.
Sean Corfield
Past Developer
Sean Corfield is the architect behind large-scale, high-availability websites for companies such as Macromedia, Toshiba, Oracle, Toyota and Thomas Cook. He is currently Chief Systems Architect and VP Engineering of Broadchoice, Inc. His passion for standards and software engineering led him to work on the C++ Standards Committee for eight years. He is a frequent speaker on software design within the ColdFusion community, at user groups and conferences across the world.
