Matt Woodward

Matt Woodward is Principal IT Specialist for the Office of the Sergeant at Arms at the United States Senate in Washington, D.C. He has a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Nebraska, a Master of Music degree from Wichita State University, and a Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.
Matt has been working with CFML since 1996, and is a member of the Free Software Foundation, the League for Programming Freedom, and the Association for Computing Machinery. He lives with his girlfriend in Bothell, WA.

Peter J. Farrell

Hailing from the frigid tundra of Minnesota, Peter J. Farrell has a Bachelor of Music degree from the Peabody Institute at the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. While studying music, Peter took his life-long interest with computers to a new level and started learning about web development technologies. He has been working with CFML since 2001 and is the lead developer of the Mach-II framework since 2005.
Peter is a Senior Technologist for GreatBizTools, a human resources consulting firm. He and his wife, Allyson, live together in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

Kurt Wiersma

Kurt Wiersma is an Advanced Certified ColdFusion developer and has been working with ColdFusion since version 4.5. By day Kurt works for the American Academy of Neurology and by night he consults on web applications for small to medium size businesses. In his spare tech time, he is a member of the ColdSpring, Mach-II, and CFHibernate open source projects. He recently started a open source project called Appbooster, which aims to show best practices for using several different frameworks with CFML.
Brian FitzGerald

Before shifting gears to earn an Associates of Audio Engineering, Brian FitzGerald completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Then, after a two year stint as a Multimedia Developer for Goelst USA specializing in client side Web technologies, Adobe Flash and the Creative Suite, he decided to focus on CFML. Since then, he has concentrated on Object Oriented architecture and design, specifically in the field of Educational Technology, as he works toward the release of a Spanish language learning platform due out early next year.
He and his wife Cinthia are both travel enthusiasts, and currently live in Greensboro, North Carolina.
Adrian Scott

When Adrian Scott isn't out enjoying the slopes at Whistler, he's busy putting his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia to good use developing CFML applications. He's relatively new to the CFML scene having taught himself the language directly out of University in 2005, but continues to learn something new everyday. Adrian has an invested interest in usability and design across the web and particularly enjoys melding CFML with client-side components to give end-users a pretty sweet web experience.

Mike Rogers is a Senior Programmer with SmithBucklin, the world's leading Association Management company. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, Indiana. Having started off as a Java developer, he picked up Object-Oriented programming in ColdFusion 6.1 and found its ease of use refreshing. Mike has been using Mach-II since version 1.5.

Hal Helms

Hal Helms is well known as a trainer and writer on software architecture and methodology. Hal has worked as lead architect and chief developer for a number of large applications for companies including RoomsToGo, Sun Microsystems, and UPS. Hal has authored and contributed to several books and co-created Mach-II.
